Friday

It’s that time of the week again; Shout Outs for all that that you have accomplished and my weigh in. The first person this week is Tiffany. As of yesterday she has lost 1 lb this week, way to go Tiff. The next Shout Out goes to Ella who as of yesterday has lost a total of 2 lbs this week, good job Ella. I am so proud of both of you. I hope you keep going until you reach your goal. And for the rest of you guys, I want to know how your journey is going so please keep me posted my email address is mrspathunt@gmail.com. I don’t care what it is, if you have lost 5 lbs, 5 oz, or you have finally decided to make a change and are sticking with it. I am just so happy with all the progress that is being made. Also hearing from you keeps me motivated; when I am having a bad week (like this week) your accomplishments keep me going. So now for my part of Friday I knew that this was not going to be a good weigh in. If you read the post from yesterday you saw that I didn’t do so well with keeping up with my work outs. So…. I guess it should come as no surprise that I did not lose any weight this week. I am still 173.2 lbs. I talked to MH about it and he seems to think that I have hit a plateau. He suggested that I change up my work out, so today I did. This morning I woke up got on the BFH (ref previous post) and rode 6.1 miles in 45 mins. When I got back I jump roped, but it has been a long time since I was a 10 year old little girl jump roping with the other kids in the neighborhood, and it showed. I kept hitting my feet, but I did it for about 3 mins, well I stopped my stopwatch on a little over 5 mins but with all the stopping it was more like 3 mins of actual jump roping. Side note jump roping burns a lot of calories according to My Fitness Pal 3 mins of jump roping burns 39 calories. I also got some resistance bans to help build muscle, and a body ball just because I thought it would be fun to have one. I was right I am sitting on the ball right now typing with the laptop on the bed, Lil O likes it too. I will give you a review of the new products sometime next week after I have been using them a few days. Everyone keep up the good work and if you have a bad day or in my case week don’t stay there and let it become a bad week or month. Get up dust yourself off and keep pressing toward your goal.
