Important

Hay everyone I don't know how many of you guys read the comments that are left  after I post so I wanted to make sure you guys saw this.

Not to mention I worked out today and only burned 34.1 calories I just QUIT,I couldn’t take it anymore PLEASE HELP!!!!

I feel like we are a family and we all have to help each other along. We have all been where she is right now and some of you may be there right now also. So if anyone has any words of advice or encouragement for Tiffany please put it as a comment on this post. Let's help her feel the support that she has from us.

  1. Hay Tiff I was where you are last week. I missed two days of working out and you know for the past few weeks I have not seen a real decrease in my weight. So I was thinking what would it hurt I'm not losing any weight anyway. So I went to McDonalds and got a chicken sandwich with the fries. I ate the whole burger but only a few fries because I kept thinking about all of you guys my support system. I got some encouraging words from a follower later that day that helped me. It doesn’t matter if you slip and fall it only matters if you stay down. I know you can do it and I believe in you. Just do it how you started doing it in the beginning. One thing at a time, first just try to do 30 mins of a workout, then make good choices when you go out to eat, than cut back on the amount of times a week you eat out. If you just make the choice to get back on this journey with us, I know you will do it.

Hay Tiff I know how you feel but you can't give up because i gave up and it's hard to start back when you give up i wixh i had the support of my friends and family but because my daughter lives so far away i don't have the support but i m praying fr you to getthe strenth to continue on you journey to lose the weight so if you could pray for me to get the strenght to start exercising i am already eatting the right foods i just need to use all the weight lose tapes i have but if i do that what will my daugther have LOL.
