This Friday is my day

I am happy to say that this week both Shout outs are for men. The first one is for a new follower and a friend of mine on My fitness pal, Randy. He works out 3 to 5 times per week for about 2 hours. His goal is to be at roughly 12% body fat or 260lbs. Randy first started exercising for stress management. However after experiencing some of the benefits of living healthier, such as increased energy and improved sleep he wishes he would have started sooner.  With this healthier lifestyle he has lost a total of 19 lbs so far. The next Shout Out is MH, he works out 5 to 7 times a week. His goal is to be 230lbs and his main reason for wanted to lose weight is to be healthier for Lil O. He has lost 7lbs in the past 2 weeks. Congratulations to our Fat to Fit Guys! We are very proud of you as well as happy for you with your progress on your journey. Now to the second part of the day, the weigh in. I weighed myself this morning and my weight is 169.0. I was so happy, that is a loss of 4.2 pounds this week. I changed up a few things in my work out and I can defiantly see results! I really think that adding the resistance training helped to get me over that plateau. Just goes to show you it pays never to give up.

MH I can't wait until you guys move back here so you can be my personnel trainer you and Patty i beleive with the both of you in my corner i can reach my goal of living a heathier lifestyle so i can have the energy to keep up with my grandbabies. Again congrats to you and Randy.
