Hay everyone Happy Friday! Today is D Day, well I guess it should be W Day since it’s the day of the week I weigh myself. But today is also Shout Out Day. I have decided to make Fridays Shout Out Day to give a shout out to my followers who are on this weight loss journey with me. I have gotten emails, text, and had phone conversations with some of you, telling me about the changes you have made in your lives. So the first Shout out of the day goes to one of my followers LaToya. She went to the market place and downloaded Noom to start tracking her workouts and she is already keeping track of her calories on My fitness Pal. Next is Tiffany, she has gone online and joined my fitness Pal, is cooking healthier, and has started doing the 30 day shred with Jillian Michaels. Then there is MH, who has started back working out and has set a weight loss goal for himself. And last but defiantly not least is Ella; she is the Queen of Zumba and has been burning over 1000 calories a day. Ella has also lost 3lbs and in her words, gotten into her favorite jeans without a jump, jiggle, wiggle, squirm or tug. Way to go everyone keep up the good work I am so proud of all of you. You guys keep me motivated with your stories so keep me posted. OK now back to W Day, I was told you should only weigh yourself once a week when you first wake up and you should be naked. However I still step on the scale from time to time when I go to the bathroom all during the week, but I only let it count once a week. So this morning my alarm went off at 6:30 and I went and weighed myself. I am now 173.6 lbs that is exactly 1 pound of weight loss for this week and 24lbs total. I am happy to say that I weigh 2lbs less than I did when I got married, but I know I still have about 33.6 more pounds to go. I am a little disappointed but that just means that I have to work even harder this next week. I really wanted to be fewer than 170lbs by July but I am not, so my goal is to lose 3lbs in the next 7 days. I am going to need all of you guys support and encouragement to reach this goal.
