Halfway There

I know I usually only give weight updates on Fridays, however today is a big day for me. Today I got on the scale and I was 166.8lbs which puts me to the half way mark to my goal weight. My goal is to be between 135 to 137 lbs which is within my weight height ratio. For my height I should weight anywhere from 123 to 138 pounds. I really don’t want to get to much smaller than 137 because MH likes a woman with a little meat on her bones. Anyway I am so excited because I have lost 30 lbs and I have 30 more to go. Also I started trying to lose weight at the end of March so it has been 4 months and I have a little less than 4 months until my 30th birthday. I really wanted to be down to 137 by my birthday so I feel like I am on the right track. In recognition of this occasion I have decided to post a picture of my progress, so that everyone can see how far I have come. Nevertheless I still have a long way to go but anything less than 30 seems doable.

  1. I am so proud of you!!! Well after stepping on my friend's scale the other day. I decided I would join the challenge. But for me it's for a different reason. When I weighed myself, I saw that I was 165 pounds. So I stepped off and stepped back to make sure the settings were right. Again I saw 165. Here's why. Around December/January I was 197 pounds. Ridiculous for my height and I knew it, but I didn't do anything about it. And to be honest from then until now I still haven't done much other than walk to the park or to the library. But that's only about 5 or 10 minutes each way. I did notice back in May that I was able to fit a pair of jeans that still had tags on them. (I could never fit them and was too lazy to take them back). But I didn't really think too much about it. I just thought I may have lost 5 or 10 pounds max. My point is, if I lost 32 pounds without really trying, I know I can lose 25 more pounds with the proper workout plan. Eating right for me is a easy and is already apart of my daily living. So I will update you when I lose 15 and then that last 10. I want to thank You and Ella for indirectly inspiring me to go from fat to fit!!!
